Allu Arjun was the Chief Guest for Naga Chaitanya‘s Thandel Event. This was supposed to be Allu Arjun‘s first public event after that Sandhya Theater Stampede and all those unfortunate events followed after Bunny‘s arrest.
The event was planned as a closed-door event in Annapurna 7 Acres Studio with no fans but then, Allu Arjun skipped the event at the last-minute.

There are various speculations about why Bunny skipped the event.
Some people say the actor and his family panicked at the last minute given the turmoil they underwent the last few months and rethought if all the hassle is necessary.

Some say the Police Department strictly warned the actor and the movie unit will be solely responsible for any untoward incident that may happen at the venue.
It is interesting to note that there is not even a single police personnel at the event indicating that something may have happened behind the scenes.

These days we are seeing Police Personnel deployed even for events of very small films where there will be no crowd.
So it looks like there is some friction between the department and the Actor’s team.
The makers did not announce it till the last minute so that the interest of the event is not lost.
