Really appreciate their reactions, the way they handled my criticism, my mails and responses and that was the reason I went back to them the second time rather than dropping my car off to MASS.

Due to paucity of time, could not update this thread.
As I frustrated with the shoddy experience, I approached the higher ups. They immediately dispatched a team for inspection. The team took photos of the damaged places, made a report and requested me to come for the resolution.
I told them the only resolution here was to get this entire frame painted from MASS. I won’t be getting it from outside as I’ve had enough already. They accepted it and I was asked to get this vehicle at their store, post which they’ll remove the windshield and I can then proceed to MASS to get this painted as removing at their premises would be difficult.
I obliged, got to their store, they removed the windshield. I then rode all the way to MASS with no protection from front.
MASS took 2 days to paint and return the vehicle. Then again, proceeded to their store for getting the windshield fixed which they did. Erstwhile, while painting MASS had removed the trim panels which were in proximity of the glass. I didn’t fix them as I thought fixing them after getting the windshield in place would be a better decision, which I realised later was not right.
While driving back after getting the windshield fixed, I heard similar wind noises which I was had heard earlier. Annoyed, I called up the store which they said would be subdued after the sealant cures.
After 2-3 days, when I drove again wind noise was still there. Disappointed, I mailed them again. Immediately, I received a call from the store as well as from the HO. They assured me it would be fixed asap.
They dispatched the entire store team along with very senior and experienced professional – Mr. Rashid.
This was the person who knew his business. A thorough professional and polite gentleman. He told me to drive and he’d inspect from where the noise was originating. Within 2 minutes he found out it wasn’t the glass but the fiber top of Thar which wasn’t bolted on as the trims were not installed. (a really embarrassing moment for me)
After screwing the nut, the whole wind noise was gone. Turns out it was the fiber top which was flapping. I apologised the team for inconvenience I caused. Also, thanked them for their prompt service.
All’s well that ends well, right?
Apparently fate had other plans.
Two weeks later, a pebble hit windshield while I was cruising at 80 which caused a small crack. Thought this was a minor one so won’t cause any further damage. Nope it wasn’t minor, crack appeared the following day when I parked it for whole day under the sun. Due to certain other commitments could not get it changed.
Few months forward, while returning from Spiti, a small rock hit the windshield again. Thankfully, hadn’t replaced it then and the rock did not hit any other painted metal parts.
This caused lot of cracks eventually. Meanwhile, few pebbles hit windshield too in this period.
Decided to get it changed few weeks back much before winters set in. This is how it was on the day of replacement.
Called up the store and requested them to change this at home, which they obliged.
I let the car sit for few days to let the sealant cure.
During this whole ordeal I realised a single person’s negative contribution can sometimes ruin the whole experience. Thankfully, they did not get the same person this time.
