Hyderabad: Film producer Dil Raju appeared before the Income Tax (I-T) officials at Aayakar Bhavan in Basheerbagh here on Tuesday.
After conducting raids at the office and house of Raju in Jubilee Hills for over four days to verify documents, the I-T officials asked him to appear before them with all documents and balance sheets pertaining to his business in the film industry.
Officials also asked him to submit all details and revenue generated through his production house – Sri Venkateswara Creations (SVC) for making films and as a film exhibitor. In response to I-T officials’ advice, Raju, who is also the Chairman of Telangana Film Development Corporation, appeared before the officials to submit relevant documents for their perusal.
