We are referring to paediatrician Dr Neeli Ramchander. Following his success in the NEET PG 2024 medical entrance exam, Dr Ramchander is set to enrol in the Nizamabad Government Medical College.
With more than 30 years of experience as a paediatrician, Dr Ramchander has dedicated his career to treating children. He conquered the NEET PG exam, one of the most challenging exams in India, in 2024. After the NEET PG Result 2024 was announced, he secured a spot in the MD (Pharmacology) program based on his rank and preference. His determination to continue his education at this age has been hailed as admirable, serving as motivation for all aspirants.
Medical College Enrollment
Dr Neeli Ramchander has gained admission to a Government Medical College. In order to enhance his career and gain new qualifications in the medical field, he decided to take the NEET PG exam in 2024. He is now prepared to embark on his MD (Pharmacology) studies at the Government Medical College of Nizamabad.
Realising a long-held aspiration, Dr Neeli Ramchander is poised to return to student life to specialise in pharmacology.
Medical Practice Of Over 30 Years
Dr Ramchander began his medical journey in the 1990s. He has held numerous significant positions throughout his career. In 2014, he served as the National Vice President of the Indian Academy of Paediatrics and was the Founding President of the Telangana State Paediatric Association. He has been honoured with various accolades, including the President’s National Red Cross Gold Medal (2017-2018). He shared that his longstanding ambition to pursue an MD motivated him to take the NEET PG 2024 exam.
Dr Neeli Ramchander discontinued his B Pharma studies in 1982. That same year, he enrolled in the MBBS program at Kakatiya University. As reported by The Hindu, he completed a Diploma in Child Health (DCH) from 1991 to 1993 to enhance his capabilities in paediatrics. However, due to his busy work schedule over nearly 30 years, he was unable to achieve his goal of completing an MD. Now, at the age of 62, he is ready to make that dream a reality.
