Renault has unveiled the first-of-its-kind dealership based on its new global architectural format in India. The new’R store was recently inaugurated at Ambattur, Chennai. According to Renault, the new design gives its store a fresh, contemporary, modern and urban look. The new’R stores will house an after-sales reception desk, a customer lounge and sales advisor offices. The new’R store at Ambattur is the first dealership to host Renault’s New Visual Identity (NVI), which includes a new logo and a black facade. All new Renault outlets in India will be built using the new format. All stores will feature the brand’s new logo in white over a black facade. The company plans to revamp close to 100 outlets this year.
