Nizamabad: In a shocking incident, stray dogs attacked four persons including three children in Armoor town on Wednesday. In Venkateshwara colony and other areas, stray dogs attacked children all aged below 10 years. The victims were identified as 5-year-old Gujarati Vivans, 4-year-old Hamsini, Jakir Hussian, 9, and Gangamohan, 48.
While the children were playing in their residential colony, the stray dogs attacked them severely injured. The victims shifted to Government area hospital in Armoor and later sent to Government General Hospital in Nizamabad. The parents of the victims and residents of various colonies urged Armoor municipal officials and district collector Rajiv Gandhi Hanumanthu to quickly react to the menace of stray dogs in Armoor.
