I’m delighted to inform you that you can disable Auto Emergency Braking, and it remembers and remains disabled

My EQS just got back from the service center. First and foremost, I’m delighted to inform you that you can disable Auto Emergency Braking, and it remembers and remains disabled.

There are lots of new additions and goodies after the software update. The Zero Layer UI has become smoother and more responsive. They’ve also updated the graphics, which now appear more glassy and smooth.

I haven’t explored everything yet, but here are some of the key additions I’ve noticed so far:

– Driving Sound Experience is now available for the outside too.
– Hotspot connection for OTA updates.
– Route (GPS)-based speed adjustment and intelligent recuperation.
– Active Distance Assist Distronic.
– More music apps, including Tidal and Amazon Music. Tune In Radio now works better in Radio section. However, we’re still missing some useful apps like Dashcam etc.
