The verdict is clear now that BJP will sit in power after 3 decades in New Delhi. The urban population of Delhi has voted for the double-engined government of BJP.
There are celebrations everywhere and now the only question media is focused on, is who will be Prime Minister Modi’s choice for the CM’s post.

Modi has taken Delhi as a prestigious contest and has pulled all plugs to make sure that the BJP bags Delhi.
The planning was such that Chandrababu Naidu was flown down to campaign for the party in areas where there were Telugus. Babu had campaigned for Sanjay Goyal who contested from Shahdara constituency and won against Aap’s Jitender Singh Shunty.

With so much planning, the question remains who will be the CM. The media is already asking ‘Delhi ka dulha kaun’.
While the suspense continues, one person who is likely to make it is Parvesh Sahib Singh who contested from New Delhi against Aap national convenor Arvind Kejriwal.

Parvesh has won with a margin of 4000 seats against Kejriwal. He is the son of ex Delhi CM Sahib Singh Verma.
One reason why the 46-yr-old graduate from Kirori Mal College and an MBA from Fore School of Management, could be the frontrunner is because he hails from the Jat community.
The possibility of Parvesh becoming the CM got a lot of votes for BJP from the community. So, the chances are high that Parvesh is the likely CM candidate.
Prime Minister Modi will address the cadre today evening and an announcement on probable CM candidate is likely to be made.
