Featuring two of the biggest names of Bollywood- Aamir Khan and Salman Khan, alongside Raveena Tandon and Karisma Kapoor, this 90s comedy surprisingly flopped upon its release in 1994.

Rajkumar Santoshi’s film was undoubtedly much ahead of its time, so much so that people couldn’t fathom why the heroes were making a fool out of themselves. However, it is this whacky spoof humour that makes people even today find its level of comedy unmatched.

Amidst the trend of re-releases, the film’s producers, Vinay Pictures, led by Namrata, Priti, and Amod Sinha, children of the original producer Vinay Kumar Sinha, are dedicated to bringing it back to the big screen.
The duo has restored and remastered the whole film in 4K and Dolby 5.1 Sound and consider it as their tribute to their father who stood against all odds to make this iconic film.

But, there is only one question- Will the audience show love to this film like they have shown to other re-releases?

While a love story like Sanam Teri Kasam or a thriller like Tumbbad worked tremendously at its re-release, does a comedy film have a chance to perform well too?
