India has shouted for the Champions Trophy with a 3–0 win in the three-match ODI series over England. Team India defeated the guests by 142 runs in the match played on Wednesday and won the series. This is Team India’s second biggest win over England in this format. After the match ended, Hitman congratulated all the players and said that everyone is allowed to play in their own way in the team.
‘Everyone has the freedom to play in their own way’
Rohit Sharma said that the players have the freedom to play in their own way and the management is not much worried about the failures sometimes. The captain said- There is some freedom to play in its own way in the team. The World Cup (2023) is an ideal example of this. We want to continue to do so. Sometimes it will happen that everything will not be good but it does not matter.
Hitman is happy with team’s performance
Rohit is very happy with the team’s collective performance and satisfactory performance of all. He said, I am very happy with the way the series progressed. We knew that we would have challenges. The right -handed batsman said that India would like to improve its game further keeping in mind the Champions Trophy starting on February 19. Gill also expressed happiness
Shubman Gill, who scored a brilliant century for India in Ahmedabad, also expressed happiness. He said after playing an innings of 112 runs- I was feeling good.
