Professionals with solid domain credentials and high level of commitment can also make the cut. “The initiative is meant to showcase Amaravati as a model of planned urbanisation with smart city principles to attract national and international attention for investments,” said S Suresh Kumar, principal secretary (municipal administration and urban development).
He said the brand ambassadors will have to participate in conferences, seminars, and workshops related to the development of Amaravati, and engage with stakeholders such as investors and local communities, collaborate with educational institutions, cultural organisations, and local leaders to foster community pride and encourage active involvement in Amaravati’s development.
