Harish slams Revanth for targeting KCR | Hyderabad News

Hyderabad: Former minister T Harish Rao on Friday condemned chief minister A Revanth Reddy for his remarks made against ex-CM K Chandrasekhar Rao at a recent meeting.
Harish said the remarks were unacceptable, irresponsible and a desperate attempt to stay in the news.
He criticised Revanth Reddy’s lack of political maturity, stating that a leader holding the office of chief minister should act with dignity rather than engaging in cheap rhetoric.
“Revanth Reddy wouldn’t dare ask the people of Telangana what they think of him — because he already knows the answer. The people are rejecting his divisive politics and reckless statements,” Harish Rao said.
He accused the CM of diverting public attention from his failures, questioning whether his frustration with Rahul Gandhi was leading him to attack KCR instead.
Harish also criticised the CM for his contradictory stance on the caste survey, calling it a pre-election gimmick with no real intent to bring social justice. He pointed out the contradictions in Revanth Reddy’s statements, stating, “On one hand, you claim the survey is accurate. On the other, you say a re-survey is needed. If that isn’t proof of your govt’s confusion, what is,” he asked.
“Your own party leaders have dismissed the survey as inaccurate. Even your own MLC has exposed its flaws. If you truly believe in its credibility, first convince your own party members that the survey results are legitimate,” Harish challenged.
