Lava has launched the Prowatch X smartwatch in India, featuring a 1.43-inch AMOLED display and advanced health tracking capabilities, priced at Rs 4,499. The smartwatch will be available for pre-order until February 18, with sales beginning February 21 on Flipkart.
The aluminum alloy smartwatch offers customers a Rs. 1,000 discount when purchased using bank debit or credit cards. It comes in a Cosmic Grey color option with three strap variants – metal, nylon, and silicone.
The Prowatch X comes with a 466×466 pixel resolution display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3, with 500 nits peak brightness and a 30Hz refresh rate. The smartwatch is powered by a dual-core ATD3085C processor and supports both iOS and Android smartphones.
The Prowatch X includes comprehensive health monitoring features such as SpO2 tracking, heart rate variability (HRV) monitoring, and VO2 Max measurement. It supports over 110 sports modes and six structured running courses, along with intelligent exercise recognition.
Battery life extends up to 10 days under normal usage, according to Lava, with approximately 17 hours of continuous GPS tracking or five hours of Bluetooth calling. The 300mAh battery powers features including built-in GPS and Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity.
The smartwatch carries an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, though Lava specifies it’s suitable for “mild showers” without confirming swimming capability. Additional features include Air Quality Index monitoring, device tracking, and over 110 customizable watch faces.
