The Rachakonda police have announced traffic diversions in Uppal in view of the upcoming Celebrity Cricket League (CCL-2025) matches scheduled to take place at Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium on February 14 and 15.
The diversions will be in effect from 12 noon to 11:50 p.m. on both days to ensure smooth traffic flow and minimise inconvenience to people.
As per the advisory, traffic from Chengicherla, Boduppal, and Peerzadiguda towards Uppal will be diverted at a point opposite the Toyota Showroom to HMDA Bhagyath Road, with the suggested route passing through HMDA Bhagyath Layout towards Nagole. Vehicles coming from LB Nagar towards Nagole and Uppal will be diverted at the U-turn near Nagole Metro Station, with traffic redirected through Nagole Metro Station, HMDA Layout, Boduppal, and Chengicherla X Road. Traffic from Tarnaka towards Uppal will be diverted at Habsiguda X Road and redirected towards Nacharam and IOCL Cherlapally. Vehicles users travelling from Ramanthapur to Uppal will be diverted at Street No. 8, with the suggested route leading through Habsiguda X Roads towards Nacharam.
The Rachakonda Traffic Police have requested all citizens to take note of these diversions, follow the designated routes, and cooperate to ensure smooth traffic management.
