An incident of a fake IT company cheating techies looking for jobs has come out. After promising lucrative jobs, the company shut shop.
Neogen Soft Tech Solutions was started by Kalva Bhargav, who took upto lakhs to get jobs for aspirants. Bhargav had experience as a HR and knew the process of recruiting and placements in an IT company.

Bhargav used this experience to make fake appointment letters and cheat techies. He also bought resumes from counseling centers and training centers and sent appointment letters to them. Post this, he would conduct online interviews and demand money from software aspirants.
He is said to have collected lakhs of rupees in the process. After some time, the techies got a doubt and started asking for return of their money.

That’s when Neogen Soft Tech Solutions closed doors. A complaint was lodged with Madhapur police who seized Rs 1 lakh in cash, 5 fake appointment letters, 2 fake ID cards and two phones from Bhargav.
Bhargav already has four cases booked in Lalaguda, Jeedimetla, Madhapur and Kalvakurti. The police have asked job aspirants not to fall for such fake companies. Anyone asking for money in lieu of a job must be reported, they said.
