The Bombay High Court is set to hear a Public Interest Lawsuit (PIL) on February 19th which is expected to investigate the deaths of actor Sushant Singh Rajput and his former manager, Disha Salian. The lawsuit demands the arrest and questioning of Shiv Sena (UBT) MLA Aditya Thackeray in connection with the two mysterious deaths. Sushant’s father, KK Singh, expressed hope that the new Maharashtra government will help him find justice for his son. He said he is hopeful that the court proceedings will uncover the truth and that the current chief minister will do what is right. Sushant’s father also stated that his son could not have died by suicide and that this has been an emotional time for him since losing his son at a young age.
The court will now determine the details of the matter. Those involved will know the truth. We can say that Sushant Singh did not take his own life, said KK Singh. Sushant aged 34, was found dead at his Bandra home on June 14, 2020, which sparked a major controversy and led to the investigation being taken over by the Central Bureau of Investigation.
