Experts, farmers to discuss promotion of aquaculture at Aqua Conclave

Farmers, officers from various departments, exporters, bankers, and other stakeholders attended the three-day Aqua Conclave in Vijayawada on Sunday to discuss ‘Vision 2030—Transforming Aquaculture in AP’. Officers of Fisheries Department, Marine Products Exports Development Authority (MPEDA), Coastal Aquaculture Authority (CAA), Central Institute of Brackishwater Aquaculture (CIBA), National Fisheries Development Board (NFDB), Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Aquaculture (RGCA) and other departments will discuss on ‘Five Year Vision Plan in Aquaculture’ during the conclave. Farmers will make presentations on advanced technologies in shrimp culture. The organisers said that awards would be presented to the best aqua farmers during the conclave.
