Students visit ONV’s house on Mother Language day

Students of Government Model HS LPS, Thycaud, during a visit to the house of poet O.N.V. Kurup on International Mother Language Day on Friday.

Students of Government Model HS LPS, Thycaud, visited the house of late poet O.N.V. Kurup on International Mother Language Day on Friday.

The poet son’s Rajeev O.N.V. had the children recite Ammathirumozhi malayalaa poem written by ONV for Malayalam Pallikkoodam.

Malayalam Pallikkoodam Teacher Archana Parameswaran Recited Onv’s Poems Nanmozhi Narumozhi Malayalam and Ethern Sundaram Ethern Sundaram Ente Malayalam for the children.

The students held aloft ‘Ente Malayalam’ placards done by artist Bhattathiri in calligraphy to express solidarity with their mother language.
