NEW DELHI: Telangana Chief Minister, Revnath Reddy on Thursday inaugurated the HCL Tech KRC campus in Hyderabad.
The Telangana Chief Minister, during the inauguration of the tech giant’s campus in Hyderabad, highlighted that the state government consistently signs MoUs with multinational companies and launches new facilities throughout the year.
He emphasised that Telangana and Hyderabad are experiencing the most rapid development across India.
He expressed pride in Telangana’s achievement of attracting the highest investments from domestic and international companies within a year, whilst leading in employment generation.
The Chief Minister noted that Telangana possesses superior artificial intelligence capabilities whilst maintaining the lowest inflation rates.
Addressing his critics, he mentioned how some had questioned his vision of transforming Telangana into a One-trillion dollar GDP State.
“After signing MoUs worth Rs 41,000 crore and Rs 1.78 lakh crore during two Davos trips, they realised that my aim was noteworthy. No one can stop Telangana Rising,” he added.
“When I said that our competition is not with Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru or Chennai, some said that it would be a big dream.
Today, we make Hyderabad number one in EV adoption, promoting the state as a hub of data centres, green energy, life sciences, biotechnology, skill development, manufacturing and agri processing,” he added.
He noted that those who previously doubted are now acknowledging Hyderabad’s unstoppable progress.
The Chief Minister praised HCL Tech as India’s pride, noting its operations across 60 countries with over 2.2 lakh employees, and its excellence in digital technology, engineering, cloud computing and artificial intelligence (AI).
He recounted HCL’s growth trajectory since its 2007 establishment in Hyderabad, announcing that the new 3.2 lakh square feet facility would create 5000 jobs. He commended HCL Tech’s exceptional performance in Hyderabad.
