Warangal: Actor and Padma Shri awardee Dr K. Brahmanandam inaugurated Springspree-2025 at NIT Warangal’s University Auditorium in Hanamkonda on Friday by lighting the ceremonial lamp. Addressing the audience, Dr Brahmanandam emphasised the importance of good health, consistency, and hard work for achieving success, urging students to aspire for excellence and contribute positively to society.
NIT Warangal director Prof. Bidyadhar Subudhi was enthusiastic about the festival, describing it as a valuable platform for students to showcase their creativity and talent. The inaugural event featured activities including Dance Rush, Tana Bana, Treasure Hunt, Solo Idol, Solo Instrumentals, Street Photography, Polaroid Photography, and Art Therapy.
The ceremony was attended by several key officials, including Dean of Student Welfare Prof. D. Srinivasa Charya, student activity centre president Prof. P. Shyam Prasad, and cultural activities vice-president Prof. B. Srinivas.
