
SpringSpree: Students perform Nukkad Natak at NITW on Sunday
SpringSpree 2025, the annual cultural festival of the National Institute of Technology, Warangal, (NITW), concluded here on Sunday. Known as one of the nation’s best cultural festivals, the event was a whirlwind of creativity, talent and unforgettable moments. Thousands of students participated in the three-day event.
From the instant nostalgia of Polaroid photography to the thrilling QFactor quiz, every event was a testament to the diversity and enthusiasm of the participants. The Street Photography Contest, for instance, was a masterclass in creativity and quick thinking, with participants capturing the essence of life and culture within just 15 minutes.
The Think Drop Reveal event was another highlight, with three interactive games that kept participants on their toes. Whether it was the skill and luck required for the Plinko Board or the blindfolded guessing game of What’s in the Box, every moment was a laugh-out-loud experience. Music and drama also took centre stage at SpringSpree 2025. The musical extravaganza featured soul-stirring performances on the tabla, guitar, piano and more, while the Theatre & Drama events showcased powerful storytelling and gripping performances.
The festival culminated in a grand finale that left everyone spellbound. Singer Nikhil D’Souza’s mesmerizing performance was followed by the fashion show Allure, which showcased the creativity and elegance of students. The evening ended with an electrifying DJ Night that had everyone dancing the night away. Tollywood director Vassishta inspired young filmmakers on Friday during the festival.
