Be friendly with Centre, BJP tells CM

Hyderabad: BJP Telangana leaders on Monday advised chief minister A Revanth Reddy to adopt a more friendly and cooperative approach towards the Centre to secure additional funds rather than making accusations.
Addressing a press conference along with other legislators, Adilabad MLA Payal Shankar said, “The chief minister is primarily focused on hurling abuses at others, especially opposition parties. There are concerns that proper care was not taken during the SLBC projects, leading to the accident on Feb 22. Questions are being raised about whether the SLBC project can continue. It serves no purpose to blame others.” Payal Shankar made these comments in response to Revanth Reddy’s allegations against Union minister G Kishan Reddy.
“The chief minister should maintain a friendly relationship with all Union ministers,” he emphasized. TNN
