LPG refilling station explodes in Kukatpally, owner injured | Hyderabad News


Hyderabad: A 35-year-old man was injured in an explosion at an illegal LPG refilling station at Bagh Ameer, Kukatpally on Tuesday noon.
The blast took place when Shankar, who owns the station, was reportedly illegally refilling LPG in small cylinders at the electricity and gas services shop. The incident was caught on CCTV camera.
Locals who heard the explosion rushed to the scene and rushed the injured Shankar to a nearby hospital. He was later shifted to another hospital for treatment.
The Kukatpally police have registered a case of illegal gas refilling and the subsequent explosion.
