Ex Nagari MLA Roja had some strong statements to make. She spoke to media after her Kanipakam temple visit.
Roja in her characteristic style blamed the alliance government in running red book constitution instead of looking into the welfare shemes and developmental activities of people.

The way they are handling cases is as per their own constitution which is against the Constitution, she said. They are filing wrong cases and harassing the YCP cadre and leaders, she said.
The process is for all to see. As soon as one gets bail in a case, another case is being filed in another police station and another case is being filed if they get bail again. This is a pattern we have clearly seen in Posani Krishna Murali’s case.

It is happening on many others too, said Roja. She said that Supreme Court had given clear guidelines in such matters. Roja said the Apex Court made it clear that if a person had cases in multiple police stations, then through a PT warrant, all cases must be handled in one police station.
She said that Posani was being taken from police station to police station and humiliated. His health condition was also being disregarded, Roja went on to say.

The ex minister said it was shameful that the officials were working against Supreme Court ruling. Roja also warned that the officials working against Supreme Court ruling and the leaders using them will be punished when YSRCP party led by Jagan comes to power.
But the point to noted here is that though Roja is sympathizing with Posani, tomorrow her fate might be similar. The political circles are rife with talk that Roja is next on the list for arrest.
