Union Bank of India conducts MSME outreach camp in Hyderabad


Hyderabad: Union Bank of India on Thursday conducted a Mega MSME outreach camp reaffirming its commitment to supporting MSMEs and driving financial empowerment. The outreach programme in Nacharam was inaugurated by Eatala Rajender, Member of Parliament, Malkajgiri constituency in the presence of Bandari Lakshma Reddy, Member of Legislative Assembly, Uppal constituency.

Eatala Rajender appreciated the efforts of Union Bank of India’s proactive efforts in facilitating access to finance for MSME entrepreneurs and fostering economic growth and said that such outreach programmes play a crucial role in empowering MSMEs which are backbone of our economy.


The campaign showcased banks entrepreneur friendly MSME products such as MSME Support (Loan sanctions against CGTMSE Guarantee), Union Narishakti (Special Scheme for women entrepreneurs), PMMY, PMEGP, other Government Schemes and Financial Inclusion.

The camp witnessed an overwhelming participation of more than 300 entrepreneurs, SHG customers and Sanctions worth Rs 50 crores was distributed to eligible borrowers signalling Banks commitment to MSME Sector developmental goals of the State.

In this programme, District Industries Centre – Assistant Director, Raghunath, Bank’s CGM, Kare Bhaskara Rao, GM, GK Sudhakar Rao, GM, Rajib Lochan Pattanayak, Regional Head, Bhaskar B, representatives from Industries Associations, Loan Borrowers and customers were present.
