Along with working president of the party K.T. Rama Rao, party MPs K.R. Suresh Reddy, V. Ravichandra, B. Parthasarathi Reddy, D. Damodar Rao, party seniors and legislators T. Harish Rao, B. Prakash, S. Madhusudana Chary, P. Sabitha Indra Reddy, R. Chandrasekhar Reddy, B. Vinod Kumar, T. Srinivas Yadav, T. Padma Rao Goud, R.S. Praveen Kumar and several others participated.

Mr. Rao stated that the Telangana achieved after decades-long struggle had grown into a role model in socio-economic development in 10 years, but it had been pushed into problems again by the Congress rule. It was with the impact of false promises made by the Congress party, the BRS was voted out but the people had realised their mistake and were ready to bring back the party at the helm of affairs whenever elections come, he claimed.

Mr. Chandrasekhar Rao highlighted the need to improve the participation of women and youth in the party activities. The meeting discussed the party’s strategy for the coming budget session of the Assembly and the MLC polls. He observed that all governments at the Centre had been working against the interests of Telangana and that lack of party’s representation in Lok Sabha was causing harm to Telangana’s interests.
