An immigration lawyer has seemingly got a solution for all the undocumented immigrants. Even if you have overstayed a tourist visa for 20 years, this lawyer can fix you a Green Card with just $50,000.
If this sounds too good to be true, then it most definitely is. A person sharing their experience on social media claimed their lawyer demanded a ridiculous amount of $50K in return for a guaranteed Green Card for their illegal family member.

However, considering the current political climate in the US, if you’ve overstayed, your chances of getting legal status are next to none. Unless you marry a US citizen or qualify for some rare exception, there’s no path forward.
This is most likely a scam to take advantage of the vulnerable people who are fighting for their survival in the US. Netizens advised against accepting this “offer” and even questioned if the lawyer was legit.

One person shared how a friend paid thousands, got arrested, and was deported within months. The lawyer even suggested they run and hide after making bail.
You should always consider getting a second opinion with different experts, whenever anything feels shady or doubtful. And if you hear an offer that sounds too good to be true, run in the opposite direction.
