Namasthe Telangana-Telangana Today property show begins at Nizamabad

Nizamabad: Facilitating prospective buyers to purchase their dream home or villa or invest in plots, Namasthe Telangana and Telangana Today are organising a property show at Venu Mall here.

It was inaugurated by former Minister Vemula Prashanth Reddy and former MLA Bigala Ganesh Gupta on Saturday. There are 22 stalls and the expo will be open on Sunday as well. Entry is free.

Speaking on the occasion, Prashanth Reddy complimented the organisers in hosting the property show by getting the projects of leading realtors, builders and others under one roof.

Showcasing projects which had secured all permissions was beneficial to the people. Prospective buyers should make good use of the opportunity, he said.

“Projects will be successful, when the prices are affordable for middle class segments,” Prashanth Reddy said.

Apart from Nizamabad, Hyderabad-based companies were also participating in the expo and this was a good sign, Ganesh Gupta said.

In addition to leading ventures, villas, apartments and solar companies, banks also established their stalls at the venue, he said.

Namasthe Telangana Advertisement General Manager N Surender Rao, former ZPP chairman Vittal Rao, former Mayor Nitu Kiran, DCCB Director Shekar Reddy, BRS district president S Raju, Namasthe Telangana Branch Manager Dharma Raju, Edition incharge L Ramesh and Bureau incharge J Ramesh also participated in the programme.

The show is sponsored by Vasavi, SVC, Makuta, Sri Ashoka Builders and Developers, Aishwaryam Homes, Royal Oak, APD Developers, Balaji Divine, SBI, Sri Govinda Sai Builders and Developers, Shri SLN Properties, Ankuram, Kapil Properties, Myra, Aduri Group, Bhoomi Space, TMR Group, North Crest, Sunyuga Infra Private Limited, Tata Power, Bank of Baroda and Akshaya Enterprises.
