Pradeep Ranganathan shot to fame as an actor with Love Today. Recently, with Dragon, he scored a big success and emerged as a bankable star in the South. Now, the Hindi dubbed version of the film is gearing up for a release on March 14th, 2025. Interestingly, the team cleavery avoided the mistake that they committed with Love Today.
After the success of Love Today in Tamil, the makers dubbed it to Telugu and tasted a hit. But then, they sold the remake rights in Hindi and it was released recently. Titled Loveyapa, the film featured Junaid Khan and Kushi Kapoor in the lead roles. The film ended as a big disaster at the box office. The Hindi team did not get the soul right.
Now, when it comes to Dragon, the film looks like a youthful drama but it has a relevant theme for today’s generation. Director Ashwath Marimuthu drove the film cleverly that it does not appear preachy. With the success of Dragon, the demand for its remake would also grow. By now, the makers might have received the remake requests too. A Hindi remake would surely spoil the essence of the film.
Hence, the team is releasing the dubbed version in Hindi as well. The film stars Kayadu Lohar and Anupama Parameswaran as the female leads. Leone James is the music director for the film bankrolled on AGS Entertainments banner.
