BYD, the world’s top EV manufacturer, has introduced the updated Atto 3 electric SUV and Seal electric sedan in India. Both models, updated as part of the brand’s anniversary celebrations, are open nationwide. Interested buyers can book the 2025 BYD Atto 3 with a payment of Rs 30,000 and the 2025 BYD Seal with a token amount of Rs 1.25 lakh.
Interestingly, the carmaker has announced a special offer for the first 3,000 customers of the new BYD Atto 3. Under this exclusive offer, the first 3,000 bookings will get the electric SUV at the same ex-showroom price as the MY2024 model.

The 2025 BYD Atto 3 lineup comes in three trims – Dynamic, Premium and Superior – priced at Rs 24.99 lakh, Rs 29.85 lakh and Rs 33.99 lakh, respectively. The new BYD Atto 3 receives an all-black interior and ventilated front seats. The EV also comes with an upgraded LFP (lithium iron phosphate) low-voltage battery, which is six times lighter and offers five times better self-discharge performance and a 15 years lifespan.
2025 Seal World – Prices & Features
The 2025 BYD Seal is offered in three trims – Dynamic, Premium and Performance. Prices of the updated version will be announced in April, 2025. The entry-level Dynamic trim comes with a 61.44kWh battery pack offering a range of 510km, while the Premium and Performance variants are available with an 82.56kWh battery, promising a range of 650km, and 580km, respectively.
In terms of features, the 2025 BYD Seal gets a power sunshade, an improved air purification, and an upgraded air-conditioning system with a larger compressor. The wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity is now standard across the model lineup. The Premium variant is now equipped with Frequency Selective Dampers for better ride quality, while the Performance trim gets the DiSus-C intelligent damping system for improved handling and comfort.
