Hyderabad: The police booked a case against the staff and management of the 10 Downing Street pub in Begumpet for allegedly abusing and assaulting a group of customers.
As per available information, a group consisting of private employees who had food and drinks at the pub, allegedly ended up in an argument with the staff over a trivial matter at the time of bill payment on Sunday night.
Angered by this, a group of 6-7 bouncers and waiters abused and assaulted the customers. After enduring several fist blows, the customers were reportedly left with no choice but to forcibly pay the bill in full and leave the premises.
Based on a complaint, the Begumpet police booked a case against the management of the pub and its staff for their misconduct and physical assault towards customers.
