Tirupati: An SUV belonging to TDP mandal president Vijay Goud was set ablaze by unidentified miscreants at Ramachandrapuram mandal headquarters in Annamayya district around midnight on Monday. The incident came to light on Tuesday morning after the locals spotted the vehicle completely gutted and informed Goud. Ramachandrapuram police reached the spot along with the clues team later in the day. A case was registered. The cops are trying to find out the people involved in the incident, which sparked tension at Ramachandrapuram and its surrounding villages.TNN
