The American SUV manufacturer has launched the Jeep Compass Sandstorm Edition in India. It is essentially an exclusive accessory package, worth Rs 50,000. It is offered only with the lower trims including Sports, Longitude and Longitude (O). With this new accessory package, these variant cost Rs 19.49 lakh, Rs 22.83 lakh, Rs 25.33 lakh and Rs 27.33 lakh, respectively. All mentioned prices are ex-showroom. One must note that the special accessory package will be available only for a limited time.

Jeep Compass Sandstorm Edition Features
The Compass Sandstorm Edition features Sandstorm-themed decals on the bonnet and a Sandstorm badge on the front fender. Inside, it gets front and rear dash cams, programmable ambient lighting, new floor mats, new seat covers and a Sandstorm badge. No other changes have been made to its exterior and interior.
Engine Options:
The Jeep Compass model lineup comes with the 173bhp, 2.0L diesel and a 163bhp, 1.4L turbo petrol engines. A 6-speed manual comes as standard, while the 7-speed dual-clutch automatic and 9-speed torque convertor automatic transmissions are optional with petrol and diesel engines, respectively. The SUV’s diesel version also features a 4WD (four-wheel drive) system with surface-specific drive modes.
