Vijayawada: Punganur police of Chittoor district arrested two accused persons in the murder of K Ramakrishna, a farmer and TDP activist, which took place on Saturday in Krishnapuram village under Chandramakulapalli panchayat. Chittoor SP V N Manikanta Chandolu confirmed the arrest of K Venkataramana, the prime accused who directly participated in the attack, and M Reddeppa Reddy, an influential political figure alleged to have masterminded the killing.TNN
