It is an established fact that chief minister Chandrababu Naidu and global entrepreneur and Microsoft founder, Bill Gates had been sharing a great professional relationship for multiple decades now.
It all started off when Babu invited Gates to Hyderabad in 1995 and played a quintessential role in the establishment of Microsoft Office in the city. After this primary establishment of the Microsoft Office, the flurry of IT companies and software boom took over the city which eventually made it what it is today.
Coming to the topic now, Babu is scheduled to meet Bill Gates in Delhi tomorrow and discuss potential social infrastructure initiatives.
It is known that the Gates Foundation is a non-profit organisation focused on combating inequity worldwide. The meeting between Naidu and Gates will centre on the foundation’s collaboration with Andhra Pradesh in education, health, and agriculture.
It can be noted that Babu had earlier met Bill Gates at the famous Davos Summit and the two of them had a pleasant conversation on their earlier collaborations. Now it can again be recalled that the earlier rapport between Babu and Bill Gates will play a crucial role in bringing Gates foundation projects to Andhra Pradesh.
The last time the two of them collaborated, Hyderabad was the benefactor and this time, it is Amaravati’s turn to reap the rewards, it appears.
