Rumors are swirling that Nayanthara might be replaced in Sundar C’s upcoming Tamil film, Mookuthi Amman 2. According to reports, the actress had a fallout with a crew member on set, leading to tensions during the shoot.
The film had a grand launch recently, attended by Nayanthara, Regina Cassandra, Meena Sagar, Khushbu, and others. However, just as filming began in Chennai, speculation arose that Sundar C is now considering Tamannaah as a replacement for Nayanthara.
Industry buzz suggests that the director was unhappy with Nayanthara’s behavior, particularly an alleged heated exchange with an assistant director, which reportedly halted the shoot for a day. If the issue remains unresolved, the production team may move forward with casting Tamannaah instead.
Tamannaah, who recently wrapped up Odela 2, is being considered for the role. She shares a good working relationship with Sundar C, having collaborated with him previously, making her a strong contender if the makers decide to replace Nayanthara.
