Hyderabad: GHMC received 68 complaints during the Prajavani grievance redressal program held at its headquarters on Monday. GHMC’s additional commissioner Shivakumar Naidu directed officials to ensure the swift resolution of complaints. Among the complaints, 26 were related to town planning, 16 to taxation, four each to engineering and health, three to sanitation, and two each to UBD, electrical, lakes, and IT departments.
