Hubballi: To clear the extra rush of passengers during the Ugadi festival, South Central Railway (SCR) has notified the operation of special trains between Guntur and SSS Hubballi.
Train No. 07271 Guntur-SSS Hubballi Special will depart from Guntur at 8pm on March 31 and arrive at SSS Hubballi at 9.20am the next day.
Train No. 07272 SSS Hubballi-Guntur Special will depart from SSS Hubballi at 11am on April 1 and reach Guntur at 3am the next day.
The train will halt at Narasaropet, Vinukonda, Markapur Road, Cumbum, Giddalur, Nandyal, Dhone, Guntakal, Ballari, Tornagallu, Hosapete, Munirabad, Koppal, Bhanapur, Banni Koppa, Gadag, and Annigeri stations in both directions.
The train will consist of 22 coaches, including 16 general second class coaches, four chair car coaches, and two second luggage-cum-brake vans.
