Bhagyashri Borse is playing the female lead opposite Vijay Deverakonda in “Kingdom,” directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri. However, despite the film nearing the completion of its shoot, the makers have yet to make an official announcement about her casting. Bhagyashri herself has also remained silent about “Kingdom” on her social media.
Currently, the entire “Kingdom” team has moved to Sri Lanka for the next schedule. Vijay Deverakonda, who briefly stepped away to attend a media event in Delhi, is set to rejoin the team later today. Two romantic songs will be filmed in scenic locations across Sri Lanka.
Interestingly, Bhagyashri Borse shared photos on Instagram today, enjoying mango slices in her hotel room in Colombo. While she confirmed her presence in Sri Lanka, she avoided mentioning the film. However, it is highly likely that she is there to participate in the song shoot alongside Vijay Deverakonda.

Set against a coastal backdrop, “Kingdom” is a period drama slated for release on May 30, 2025.
