L&T Metro Rail Hyderabad (L&TMRH) and Hyderabad Metro Rail (HMR) have announced extension of metro rail services for the last train from 11 p.m. to 11.45 p.m. from Monday to Friday, from their respective terminal stations April 1 onwards.
While the students’ pass offer which allows them to pay 20 trips and avail 30 trips has been extended for another year till March 2026, but the Super Saver holiday offer and peak discount offers which were started in April 2024 will be discontinued after March 31.
A joint press release issued by HMR MD N.V.S. Reddy and L&TMRH MD K.V.B. Reddy, on Saturday, stated that SVIDA mobile has expanded its fleet to 200 dedicated feeder vehicles catering to over 16,000 daily commuters towards providing first and last mile connectivity.
L&TMRHL has also announced the launch of the all-new T-Savaari mobile application and a revamped Hyderabad Metro Passenger Website(www.ltmetro.com)Note enclosed). T-Savaari app users can now provide feedback using a star rating system. It also allows users to cancel QR tickets directly from the app, displays real time status, automatically adjusts screen brightness when displaying a QR ticket, voice input functionality enables users to select stations effortlessly while booking QR tickets, making the booking process quicker and more accessible.
A new rewards system has also been introduced, allowing users to earn and redeem loyalty points, making metro travel more rewarding and cost-effective, added the release.
