The reduced toll charges at three toll plazas on NH-65 – Hyderabad-Vijayawada – began on April 1, as per the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) guidelines.

The highway span of 181.5 kms between Dandumalkapuram in Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri district limits and Nandigama in NTR district was constructed at a cost of ₹1,740 crore under build operate and transfer model by GMR Infra. The concessionaire also maintained the highway and collected toll charges from December 2012 till June 2024. The NHAI began collecting the charges since.

The revised toll charges, as per the authority, were reduced by ₹15 for a one-way ride and ₹30 for a two-way ride for a light motor vehicle or a four-wheeler at Pantangi toll plaza.

Charges for all other classes and types of vehicles too were reduced. The reduced charges are applicable at Pantangi, Korlapahad and Chillakallu toll plazas.

The revised toll charges are valid till March 2026.
