Classical singer Malavika Anand to perform in ‘Ugadi Vedukalu’ in New Jersey-Telangana Today

Hyderabad: Classical and devotional singer and All India Radio graded artist Malavika Anand from Hyderabad has been invited by Telugu Fine Arts Society, New Jersey, USA, to perform in the ‘Ugadi Vedukalu’ to be held in New Jersey on April 12.

Malavika, who sings in eight different languages, has done more than 650 music concerts across India and abroad. She has also performed in the famed Mysore Palace during


Dasara Festival and also performed in World Telugu Conference held at Tirupati. Malavika’s performances also included the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Hyderabad.

This is the second time Malavika is invited to the USA, earlier, she was invited by the APTA Telugu Association to perform in Atlanta. She has also performed on the prestigious Naada Neerajanam Stage at Tirumala. Malavika is presently learning Classical music from Hyderabad Sisters Haripriya.
