Nizamabad: Nizamabad traffic authorities issued a stern warning to private vehicle owners found using sirens without proper authorisation. Traffic assistant commissioner Narayana said that many private vehicles in the district are illegally activating sirens, causing inconvenience to the public.
“The use of sirens is strictly regulated and, without the necessary permissions and eligibility, such actions disrupt normal traffic operations and disturb citizens,” he said.
The commissioner emphasised that legal action will be taken against the offenders, with provisions in place for vehicle seizure as a penalty for this violation.
