Hyderabad cybercrime cops arrest Bengaluru man for cheating job aspirant to tune of Rs. 2 lakh-Telangana Today


According to the cybercrime police, the suspect targeted job aspirants through Telegram app and offered high paying jobs in reputed software companies.

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Cybercrime police nabbed a youth from Bengaluru on charges of cheating a job aspirant to the tune of Rs 2 lakh by promising a job in a software firm.

The arrested person is B Ajay Kumar (25) from Bengaluru and native of Kadapa in Andhra Pradesh. According to the cybercrime police, the suspect targeted job aspirants through Telegram app and offered high paying jobs in reputed software companies. Under the pretext, he collected huge money and cheated them by not keeping his promise.


Similarly, he duped the complainant and several others. Based on the victim’s complaint, a case was registered and investigated.
