I had calculated the mileage a couple of times, and I have received between 31-36 km/L. I am happy with this.

Amun-Ra was treated with another servicing at approximately 79791 on the odo (59692+20099) and the main component for replacement during this was the rear sprocket. Regular servicing went well. I had brought the breather pipes but the shopkeeper had sold me one from 350 which does not fit the B500s. Just in case anybody is interested, please remember that the breather pipe in B500s are longer than the one with Std 350. Also the chain kit should be the one with 102 links. Unfortunately, the sprocket is the same with all the models and therefore, other than it, everything else will have to be replaced. Another mission to the Spare Parts shop; I am thinking to buy and stock another rear sprocket+chain+front sprocket (18t), as a spare.
The technician has advised that if one tooth breaks, the others usually follow and the reason he suspects, is because of dry chain. Though I had regularly lubed the chain during my coastal trip, but I remember not being able to procure Motul’s, and had purchased one from the Shell fuel pump. The size was just handy for the trip, but apparently quality is not at par. Anyways, that has been replaced now and Amun-Ra is running smooth.
Before the servicing, I had calculated the mileage a couple of times, and I have received between 31 – 36. I am happy with this; but since there has been a servicing, let me observe the latest readings.
I have also placed the request for HSRP and the due date for fixing the plate is 21 June.
