What could have triggered the theft alarm on my Toyota Innova Hycross?

Something strange happened recently with my Hycross VX. Had washed the car in the morning and covered it up fully. It’s on an open road side parking, but right next to my house

BHPian pratlegacy recently shared this with other enthusiasts:

At around noon, the car alarm rang loudly. It took me a while to realise it was my car (never heard the alarm before this incident). By the time I rushed out onto the balcony, the alarm had died down, ~30 seconds had passed maybe. There was no human/animal/rat near the car, it was deserted.

What makes things more strange was this theft alert I got on the toyota app, attaching screenshot.
I inspected the car completely for any dent or scratch or anything, found nothing.

My suspects are:
1. Wind blowing against cover or cover clip triggering the sensor
2. Random water residue from mornings wash messing up with the electronics
3. Some miscreant maybe trying to key the car or perhaps opening the gate nearby, hitting the car with the gate and running away, all within 30 seconds and without creating a dent but somehow triggering an alarm.
4. Rats underneath or in the engine bay. There is a gutter hole nearby, maybe the alarm scared away the rat.
5. Ghosts.

Can y’all help me narrow down the suspects, or advice me on this? How sensitive is this alarm?
