J Narender (20), was sentenced to undergo rigourous imprisonment for ten years in a case of kidnapping, confining, marrying and raping a minor girl in Adibatla of Hyderabad

Hyderabad: A local court on Thursday sentenced a youth to undergo rigourous imprisonment for ten years in a case of kidnapping, confining, marrying and raping a minor girl which was reported in Adibatla in 2018.
The court also imposed a fine of Rs 30,000 on him.
The convict, J Narender (20), a construction worker, on the promise of marriage, kidnapped the girl, married and raped her.
Based on a complaint lodged by the girl’s mother, the Adibatla police booked a case and subsequently arrested Narender.
The court further ordered a compensation of Rs 4 lakh to the victim.
