Visakhapatnam: The sale of tickets for Chandanotsavam (Nijarupa Darsanam) of Lord Varaha Lakshmi Nrisimha Swamy started on Thursday. The annual festival will be held on April 30.
Bheemili MLA Ganta Srinivasa Rao reviewed the arrangements for Chandanotsavam and inquired about the general and special queue lines, the time taken for darshan, and the facilities provided to devotees.
The MLA inaugurated the under-construction queue complex. At the old PRO office, he initiated the sale of special tickets priced at 300 and 1,000 for Chandanotsavam and distributed them to devotees. On this occasion, Ganta mentioned that chief minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu would visit to witness the deity’s true form and instructed that meticulous arrangements be made without any shortcoming.
