Congress government’s Bharat Summit in Telangana uses India map without PoJK and Ladakah

Hyderabad: Amidst rising tensions across the India-Pakistan border after the Pahalgam terror attack, the Congress party’s Bharat Summit at HICC here is in the news for all wrong reasons.

An India map purportedly without PoJK and Ladakh, which was featured at the summit is triggering criticism from different sections.

In a video shared by Congress MLA Komatireddy Rajgopal Reddy on X about the summit, the India map is purportedly featured without PoJK and Ladakh.

Sharing the image of the map from the video, the BJP State unit on X said:

“A classic example exposing the anti-national and anti-public nature of the INC. Funds used – public money from Telangana. Event hosted – A so-called summit, Guests invited – leaders of Congress. Congress has officially given up the PoJK and Ladakh without a second thought…”

“This is not just political recklessness, it’s a national betrayal. The Congress party showcased a map deliberately excluded Ladakh and PoJK, sending a dangerous and disgraceful message to the world that it no longer considers these integral parts of India…” the BJP post said.

“Funded by public money, this act is not only an insult to the sacrifices of our soldiers but a direct attack on India’s sovereignty. INC has crossed every red line – this is anti-national behaviour, loud and clear,” the BJP State unit said on X.

Telangana Maata, an X user said: “Public funded summit, anti-national map – INC has officially surrendered Indian land…”
