Telangana Director General of Police (DGP) Jitender stated that there are currently 208 Pakistani nationals residing in Hyderabad. He announced that all visas held by these individuals have been cancelled, and they must exit the region by April 27.

He warned that the Attari border crossing would remain open only until April 30. He added that any Pakistani nationals found to be remaining in the country after that date would face legal action. Furthermore, he clarified that Pakistani visas would no longer be valid from April 27 onward.

For those holding medical visas, the deadline for departure has been set as April 29. The DGP also clarified that this rule does not apply to individuals holding long-term visas.

These warnings and directives were issued in accordance with instructions from the central government, following the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam.
